We have developed smartphone failure prediction diagnosis app called "PhoneVue" which allows you to check your smartphone and its working condition by yourself. Up to 31 diagnosis functions are made available to help you catch signs of smartphone any small or major failure/ not working condition in your smartphone. You can easily diagnose items including sensor status, communication status, screen and display working, buttons, power supply, SIM status, camera, mic, speaker, etc

In addition to the above-mentioned items, PhoneVue also assist you in diagnosing your smartphone battery’s deterioration, as well as it comes with a possible battery deterioration prediction diagnosis for up to two years ahead.

You can check your diagnosis results in "Report" section of the PhoneVue. The most recent diagnostic results can be confirmed, and the date and time of the other tests is also accumulated under the “All Test Reports”. Report shows your diagnosis result under “Sensors”, “Hardware” and “Wireless” sections in drop-down display. Real-time data is provided to you to let you know your smartphone condition.

You can check your smartphone yourself without going to a shop or repair shop.

    It is a test to diagnose whether the battery can be charged properly.

    It is a test to diagnose whether the function of the earphone is normal.

    This is a test to diagnose whether the back camera is working. Take a picture and check it. Picture is not saved in device, but testing camera is functioning properly.
  • In-camera (front camera) Front camera
    This is a test to diagnose whether the front camera is working. Take a picture and check it. Picture is not saved in device, but testing camera is functioning properly.

    This is a test to diagnose whether the touch sensor on the screen is normal.

    This is a test to diagnose whether the following terminal functions are working. By obtaining the correct information from the smartphone's chip/circuit board, it is possible to diagnose that the smartphone is not manufactured as a counterfeit.

Battery Deterioration

Diagnose the battery status from the current remaining battery level (*1).

A graph is automatically created by repeating the diagnosis. (*2)

FAQ for PhoneVue

Yes. The app is free to download. All the Smartphone diagnostic tests and battery deterioration test are free to use.

Yes. You have to answer a simple questionnaire first in the app and then you can take battery test in 'Android App' and just write battery health condition in % for 'iPhone App'.

You can check it from "Report" in the app menu. Only the most recent diagnostic results can be confirmed, and the date and time of the other tests will be accumulated under the “All Test Reports”.

Registration is not a must, as you can see your report for last 3 latest test results without registration. If you find the app very satisfactory, you do simple registration and see all your Smartphone Diagnostic test results until now.

We apologize for the inconvenience. If there is a new box when you bought your smartphone, there is a bar code with IMEI, so you can read it with bar code reader. But if you only have the smartphone, you cannot use the bar code reader to scan IMEI. Therefore please copy the IMEI from the settings and input by yourself in the textbox provided.

If the diagnostic result is “Fail”, there is a possibility that a failure has already occurred, but we will guide you as a sign of failure. Depending on the condition of your smartphone, you may be able to continue using it without it completely breaking down, but you can take measures such as replacing the smartphone or checking the backup of your data before it completely breaks down, such as when the power suddenly stops turning on. We recommend that you take care of your smartphone by using PhoneVue diagnostic app.
